I wish I could give more stars for the help and service my family received today - on a Sunday. I'm a full time RVer and sometimes RV manufacturers don't always build trailers with quality. We had the smell of melting wires or some type of electrical issue going on and it was concerning as I was going out of town the next day for business leaving my family behind. Mario and Miguel took the time to listen to all of the context of what I had been through with numerous issues on my RV. They were able to troubleshoot very thoroughly and explain their ideas, thoughts and concerns with me. We recently moved to the area about a year ago from the Franklin community. Over the year we planned on doing a small pool project and needed to find an electrician to help us get the electrical portion completed. Mario showed up on time , professional, polite and an expert in his field. He reviewed our needs and the project returning the very next day with a solid quote and several options for instal.
